Burçin Keskin was born in Balıkesir/Turkey on 1977. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 1999.
He started his carreer at Datagate in IT Industry an IT component Distributor Company DATAGATE. Then he joined to Escort Computers, leading local computer brand of Turkiye, as a purchasing executive until 2004.
He assumed the position of Türkiye Country director of GIGABYTE No.2 Manufacturer of motherboards and VGA cards company in the World. With his experience within Turkiye and Worldwide, he took a major role of creating a new computer brand ‘UNIQ’ for Turkiye market governmental relations.
In 2008 he joined to Turkish Football Development Center as Referee Development Executive having the management of Turkish Football Federation(TFF) communication with UEFA for entering the UEFA Referee Convention. Burcin Keskin became the Referee Development Manager in 2010 and the Referee Manager in 2012. His relationship with TFF continued till 2024 with in and outsource consultancy services.
Burcin Keskin had a Referee Coach Certificate from UEFA where he was appointed as a Referee Coach in CORE (Centre of Refereeing Excellence) Project. (Between 2010 and 2020, he was invited 7 times)
Since then, he formed the Strategical Referee Communication project before the match days. We called it now: ‘win the match AI’. The session contains a 15-20 minutes of football understanding in terms of particular referee’s practical applications. This is an important awareness for the team and technical staff.
Galatasaray, Besiktaş, Başaksehir and other major footbal clubs of Türkiye also requested consultancy for their local and international matches. İn 2017/2018 proudly with significant support of Burcin Keskin and his ‘Win the Match AI’, Besiktaş had a a record success with winning the group with 14 points and ‘0’ losses UEFA Champions League (UCL)
While Burcin Keskin was the Referee Development Consultant of Referee Academy in TFF, Turkiye National team had a place in UEFA Euro 2024 Final Tournament. He created for the team and technical staff with AI tools and AI supported short videos prior to each game. Turkiye had a successful tournament going to R16 stage after groups.
Burcin Keskin is still working as Referee & Technical Team Development Consultant in Türkiye and globally with his unique "Win the Match AI" system.
